Wholesaling in Texas

Jacob Quintero

Howdy!

I’m currently starting my real estate journey, and wholesaling seems like the best way for me to begin. My goal is to learn how to identify good deals, run accurate comps, and assign contracts. Once I understand the process and have a few wholesale deals under my belt, I’d like to repeat the same process, eventually keeping the deals for myself instead of assigning them.

I’m looking for any advice or connections that could help me get started with wholesaling in the San Antonio area. I understand that searching on-market is usually a dead end, so I’m curious about how to find off-market deals, get the seller to agree to do the deal with me (and will they know I'm wholesaling it, or do I not disclose that) and then market the deal legally in Texas. 100% willing to shadow and help anyone find a deal for nothing in return as well.
