I am preparing to break ground on two townhoms across the street at 22 E Durham and each will recieve two deeded spaces.

Large lots, green space for a play area, large sheds for extra storage, an outbuilding with a full size washer and dryer, ample room to park a couple cars at each lot, fenced, street lamps at each lot, gated entry for security and privacy, community mail box, etc. etc. 

Create columns for Name, email, cell and even Street Address, City, State, Zip and then contact info: Last Contact, Relationship, Status.Then start calling these people.

Wall Street has virtually usurped Main Street as the "real economy" of this country has languished as a result.

If AI automates semi driving, eye surgery, flipping hamburgers, next Beatles song, next Louis L’Amor Sackett book, that will be the same as automating picking cotton, cutting hay for horses, splitting firewood for locomotives, or filling street lamps with whale oil every night, etc.  

If we simply sell outright the gains, I’d any, will be miserable and essentially toss away decades of work,how else do people off load these investment properties (didn’t care the the DDDD strategy.)Has anyone 1031’d into credit sited funds (think crowd street or other funding platforms that accept 1031’s?)
