The presence of such retailers ensures we compare affluent neighborhood nationwide.We can use census data to determine the areas that are growing the fastest over the period 2000-2015 and then see for each MSA in which postcode those retailers are located.Using Zillow home value data by postcode, it is then possible to retrieve the median price and rent per sqft and figure out the gross rental yield in those most attractive areas.

Many records are online but if they are too old then they have to physically retrieve them from the county and that is not possible right now...Best of luck! 

They sent me pictures of themselves and dog (Lab Retriever) ...They tell me that the company will pay two months rent in advance and deposit and he will pay a dog deposit of $500.  

Hi @Michelle Robinson I'm not sure what the tax foreclosure laws are in Georgia but in Michigan most counties give you up until the day of the auction to retrieve the property by paying the taxes that are owed.

I only know because my 80 yo mother got a call from them  HEY you have money you can collect just sign here..Well I knew which county they probably had overages in so it was not difficult for me to contact the tax collector and retrieve the funds for my mother for FREE. 

It seems odd for a $1K deposit that they would not have tried to retrieve it, even though there were other damages.

Hello All,It has been a while since U've posted on here so here it goes.I recently tried to start marketing to probate leads that I retrieved from my local county courthouse and have had abysmal results.

It's in their DNA, for the survival of the pack.Those 11 breeds tend to be much more sensitive to that and will take the alpha role much quicker than a Golden Retriever might.
