Now many schools start before Labor Day and certain activities start even before the school starts like football practice, band practice, and other sports and activities. 

I recently separated from the military, and I enjoy running, reading, football and going to the beach.

The Rams moving in and the football stadium itself mean pretty little IMHO (as much as I like it as a child Rams fan). 

There's the University of Texas, the Capitol, 6th street, live music, rivers, lakes, good restaurants and plenty more.That weekend UT football will be playing away which is helpful in that traffic won't be as bad and hotels won't jack up their rates as if they were here.
