I think you would agree with me, there are inexperience and other buyers out there that overpay all the time. 

Or maybe my inexperience didn't allow me to ask the right questions(?)...

Or do I chalk it up to inexperience and live and let live?

I'm excited to be part of this community and I hope it will help me make my decisions on inexperience fields.

Maybe my inexperience played a role in these numbers, and I was scared to make offers over the phone without looking at homes first. 

@Bob Bowling, I realize that I am revealing my inexperience here, but I am curious what you mean: if not for cash flow, for what should we be investing?

I agree that this would be a tough one for me given the distance, inexperience and all the unknowns.

@TerenceJ , @LuciaR3Im not the typical real estate agent that has been in the business for 10+years, but what I lack in experience I make up in hustle and determination.

I would charge my tenants for these charges if it was something that the plumbers inexperience cause and not what @Dawn Anastasimentioned, and therefore would have happened to anyone.

Nicole, not about low ball or not, and I know it could be frustrating, and I know you had an "accepted" offer, but in all honesty it does not mean anything, the relators are being very positive and this could be merely due to inexperience in dealing with short sales.
