A high lead test makes parents legitimately nervous and even the most tolerant can turn into mama bears.I can’t emphasize enough how seriously you should take this and how you should not do any shortcuts right now..I may be painting the worst case scenario but it is also a distinctly realistic one.

At the hearing, you can present your 2023 purchase price and argue that even with some market appreciation, a jump to $690K (or even $650K) is excessive compared to your actual market value.Also, I wouldn't stress too much about not having a ton of comps, your recent closing disclosure and settlement statement are strong evidence, especially if you emphasize the property's current condition hasn’t materially changed.

All of my projcts are sub 20 well within my comfort zone but should I get involved in a larger project than that I would feel more comfrotable with an outside GC but that's ok because the project is large enough to support the overhead and pricing of the more established firm.If you are an investor who wants to try their hand at new constriucton, I can't emphasize enough the importance of staffing.
