I created a website for my business, super easy, sign up for github or use visual studio code, ask Chat GPT to create all the HTML script and you just submit it into the coder, soon enough the website will come together, but i then created facebook ads with the website and put on it "WE BUY HOUSES AS-IS" and 3 days later I now have two leads that are motivated, like i said not a guarantee with the sellers but at least your getting somewhere and this option is pretty affordable i paid $11 for the domain, and then like $140 per ad campaign
