By the end of month 5, I would expect to see a minimum of one deal done and 3 other leads monetized in some sort of way. 

BP could line up a speaker or have a main topic where Pro members could flesh out ideas and bounce ideas off of each other.As a group we could probably come up with some powerful ideas that BP could then leverage or monetize (ebook, podcast, white papers, how to books...)I would be more then willing to share online marketing ideas with the Pro members and I'm with Michael on the increase in cost for Pros.

Would you rule out listings entirely from your tool belt if you were able to monetize more leads that way? 

(Sorry Michael, I wasn't able to wholetail this, but was able to monetize the lead in the form of wholesaling it).Long story short, I put the house under contract for $20k.  

It might make sense for you or me to pay for a $25 program because we would monetize it.

In almost every case, the campaign starts out with a pretty high response rate (I know there are a lot of you out there that despise the "extraneous" calls, but I've learned to monetize them, so I actually welcome the high call volume).

I'm using Chris chicos absentee owner postcard and yellow letters and results are good..I'm not saying there are not motivated sellers, I was just wondering if anyone follows up with the crappy leads because I would hate to be leaving money on the table or wasting money on mailing..it would be nice to monetize every lead if possible.

Obviously there is a better chance to monetize leads that don't fit your exact model, but there is the downside of spending a lot of time dealing with leads that don't fit your exact model.

Building up these pages definitely takes time, effort, and consistency but if you have enough followers/views you can begin monetizing your pages and that will bring you in an additional stream of income.

Is there any way I could monetize this?
