I haven't used Property Radar, but I know that @Sean OToole is pretty obsessive about putting out a quality product, so I'm sure it is still very similar if not exactly the same in terms of functionality.If you're buying at auction though, you'll need a heck of a lot more of a tutorial than just what website to use.

It's just a few lines of code you have to add to your website template (there are a bunch of tutorials out there), but if you need a more drag/drop solution animoto may work.

I use Access to manage my list but it is overkill for a smaller list.If you are using Excel or other spreadsheet, create a new field to flag records to exclude from your list and use the help button to find tutorials how to filter out records you don't want to mail.
