Bedroom comes with a bed, dresser and Smart TV.

My daughter was gifted one of their dressers from an aunt.

Large dual vanity, but shower isn't really large enough to accommodate sitting area or second shower head.I could easily add a large bath underneath the window (instead of the dresser) to any of these options, but don't know if I want to pay the extra $$ for plumbing and fixtures.I have also considered removing the  hallway door and drywalling that section, but am trying to avoid creating extra work if it isn't necessary. 

Nearly all personal belongings were removed from dressers and placed outside.The specialist sprayed for $600 (two rooms) and both roommates had to evacuate their room for 4+ hours. 

That leaves four beds, an entire living room of furniture, dining room, kitchen jam packed with food and appliances, dressers, clothing, car seats, medical equipment, and much more.We will have to do an estate sale and then haul the rest off to the dump or donation centers.

Furnish all common areas and "rough furnish" the bedrooms with a dresser, night stand, bed and mattress (wrapped in a mattress cover of course). 

There is a stairwell up to the attic that leads to a landing that has two doors, one door is a closet, the other door is a room big enough for a bed and a dresser.

I built an open closet with a hanging bar and put a small dresser in there and then made a built in desk space with task light next to it.

@Jay Garrison - To expand on the exclusion topic, thoroughly check baseboards for gaps between the wall/floor (get low to the ground and check closest, behind dressers, etc), check for gaps around all water/gas/vent supply and drain pipes (including for radiators), install door sweeps / weather strips where there are even small gaps.

So my question is the following: If they have 30 days to pick up belongings (which are a ton of items for example: 6 beds, dressers, fridge, tv's microwave, 10 bags full of clothing, toys, bikes etc) and let's say they wait till day 30 because we are already on day 25 to pick up or not that puts me in a pinch with getting them the refund or list of deductions because I have to wait a full 30 days so that means I would be mailing it on day 31?
