To make money as a wholesale distributor you need VOLUME because you're passing on the profit to the retailer.

I definitely need to branch out to some smaller local distributors, I know I can save some money that way, thanks!

My advice would be not to shop at big box stores and find wholesale distributors for items you need.

Manufacturers of these things depend on their distributiion channels to sell the product, so you will have to buy from some authorized distributor or reseller.

Its possible to find ungrounded receptacles, usually off the internet, but distributors don't carry them typically.
