That comes back good, I would have them complete the in-house app and take a deposit, and still do my due diligence.

I'm sure other people will name other apps/programs that work perfectly fine, but I use truerent.com It's simple, allows record keeping, file uploads, and user access for property owners and tenants.

There are a few private directories that will let you send a generic app to different lenders at once.If not under at least a verbal contract then not sure what you're looking for.
