That comes back good, I would have them complete the in-house app and take a deposit, and still do my due diligence.

I'm sure other people will name other apps/programs that work perfectly fine, but I use truerent.com It's simple, allows record keeping, file uploads, and user access for property owners and tenants.

I recommend hitting meetup.com or the meet up app.

I'm curious what app you guys have found that works best for adding additional lines to your cell phone for business and marketing campaigns.

There are a few private directories that will let you send a generic app to different lenders at once.If not under at least a verbal contract then not sure what you're looking for.
