Start Non Profit leveraging technology

Looking at starting non-profit, but want to leverage technology.

Would like to have meetings virtually with the stakeholders that are out of town, what is good and affordable?

Also would like to use a system to get old documents into digital format and are view able by stakeholders and committee members.  I am open to suggestions.

Look up Google Grants. They offer up to $40k in Adwords spend, for absolutely free. :)
