I made the jump to being a real estate agent back in 2022 and that has become a very successful career.

I've talked to a few agents, but would really like to hear from people who have actually invested in these areas. 

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I'm currently in the dfw texas area.

Keep in mind some of your questions are CPA questions, specific to the state you live in and where you want to buy.We can give you generic information, and maybe point you in the right direction and give you the right questions to ask but you will want to deal with specifics at some point. 

He does excellent rehabs and stays in constant communication and explains everything in full.
