We have not changed, we will not go above 75% LTV on a deal and make sure the borrowers credit is in good shape. we are seeing a lot of borrowers in troulble on other projects and attempting to refinance good ones to save bad ones, which we do not do typically and will probably end up in a worse position for that borrower
