I'm still not understanding the finger-pointing here. 

If they run their hand across a table saw, shoot a nail through their finger, or fall off a ladder and arent insured, what will/wont your own insurance cover and what exposure do you have?

I would make sure to read the reviews themselves as a lot of people are leaving bad reviews on these companies because they either had a bad experience with real estate and want to point fingers or are unhappy tenants. 

There is an incredible amount of waste taking place on the planet yet people are pointing their fingers at bitcoin.

Since I am a PM as well as sales broker I have a general finger on the pulse of my market.
