. - Integrated device (locks/thermostats/etc) features are nice, but with only 2-4 devices included in main subscription a clear upsell on larger rentals. 

I've financed ~600 multifamily units across 3 large apartment complexes located in the Dakotas (Williston, Dickinson) and Wyoming (Gillette). 

Currently have 40 doors which I self manage and looking to upgrade from the simple Landlordy app I currently use to something with more Features so I can focus on having more free time.
