ISO Property Management Software
We’ve been using Buildium for about 7 years, but the price increases are getting hard to justify.A large portion of our tenants pay rent in cash using PayNearMe at Walmart, CVS, and other retail stores. This is integrated with Buildium and works well for us. Picking up cash or using a drop box is not an option.What property management software are you currently using, and does it offer an integrated cash payment option (PayNearMe, CheckFreePay, or similar)?Looking for real-world feedback — pros/cons welcome. Rentvine has been excellent and also supports PayNearMe, a feature we recently enabled. Our residents have been very receptive to it and are really enjoying the added convenience. Good luck & happy investing!
