Additionally, I expect applicants to follow instructions in the advertisement and application, to make and keep appointments, to show up on time for appointments, dress and behave appropriately at appointments, and in general demonstrate throughout the process that they are someone that is easy and pleasant to do business with.

I've instructed the tenants to clear the lint after every use, and when prompted by the machine, swap out the plinth (it's and easy remove and switch so they don't mind).

I would agree with Josh though....the bill pay "restrictions" are problematic, not being able to mail out a check is challenging, and ya no small scale contractor is going to give you wiring instructions to pay a $500 bill.
