These cookie cutter suburban neighborhoods lined with houses 15 feet away from each other will be some of the first to go.Although I won't be around in 50 years to care I agree that legislation will continue to increase both due to inappropriate use in the suburbs and as a way for local govt to make more money on licensing regulation and taxation.
