Some web searching has brought "Property Managers Inc." and "Integrity Pro" to my attention. 

Hi,how to set up property alerts around a zip code about 20 miles radius using free web site.

It integrates with most major web browsers and it also has a mobile application that runs on your phone.

Highly recommend that along with as NAS system like Synology or UNAS that have a lot of web apps you can deploy for free that is open-source.

The market has softened and you'll likely need to join local groups and get active with promoting the property in those groups and even play matchmaker with 2-3 people looking for a room with overlapping search criteria. 

Don't pick one just because they have a fancy web site. 

But I do have some agent's who do, but again everyone has their niche so it's a match making thing.
