The vacant property needed some work, and I spent a month or two rehabbing it, and patronized a bodega for snacks a few times a day.

But I know it works because of the emails I received from BP patrons.

At one property I own that's high traffic (with a bar across the street) it's a shame because anything decent gets swiped and I know if I provide my tenants with a picnic table the bar patrons will sit on the table and cause late-night disturbances (heck, they've left empty bottles on my tenants' front steps). 

No different than people accepting poor service at a place of business by continuing to patronize it and creating a sense of norm around accepting poor service.

Like accusing me of being patronizing and sarcastic (though in text conversations), when I was never anything of the sort. 

An ADA lawsuit from a patron is an unnecessary burden if you can avoid it.

And the favorite patron saint of Bigger Pockets Robert Kyosaki calls financial leverage, "...the advantage the rich have over the poor and middle class".  

The patrons with too much alcohol in one mixed drink will get  buzzed too fast and not be able to have more drinks.For food main meals there is not much profit.
