Remember a rehab on TV takes 60 minutes but even with a team, minutes turn into months and your profit can go out the window in no time. 

If we are $500,000-$750,000 we are needing about a $40-$50K on the deal, and of course the higher the deal gets the bigger the profit.   

I would have a written agreement as to all terms of the deal, who makes payments, who is manager, who gets profit, who gets paid and how, etc. 

I have a small portfolio of two duplexes, far from a multi-million dollar enterprise and while I'm passionate about my RE investing and wish to expand, I can't seem to justify ten's of thousands of dollars on consulting (at this stage in the game) even though I believe it would be beneficial. 

He sold that duplex last year, and cleared a 6 figure PROFIT.
