-Just been focused on affordability on infill BTR's although will be starting a larger BTR community in the near future, not a huge deal but planning on side walks on both sides of the street, not a requirement here, but will be a nice added amenity for the community.I’ve got my own ideas and experiences, but I’d really like to hear how others are navigating the build‑to‑rent wave.
