That's because police offers are trained in more than just using their guns.Are you suggesting that all teachers who carry guns should be trained like police officers, including passing the same physical and combat training requirements, the same psychological testing, the same simulation training and should be required to be regularly tested on their firearm proficiency?

Put it on the 'rain' or 'shower' setting to simulate weather conditions and have someone on the inside see if they can figure it out.There may be a much less expensive fix than replacing the whole thing.
