My current lease ends in August, but seems like the market tends to get more competitive in the summertime (am I wrong?).

If it does, listen to the specific complaint and see if there's any validity.What you don't want to do is try to argue your case over the phone with a pencil-pushing nobody who's sole job is to find wrong-doing.

@Aj Parikh There is literally a comment left by you on that post referenced by Jon Parks of you admitting wrongdoing by seeking the interest of your referral kickback over the investor's best interest.

I do know that BofA  limits Equator credentials to licensed people so if there is any sort of fraud or wrongdoing, they can apply to the licensing authority with their complaints.I've done a number of comments about the short sale process.
