I'm used to being snail mailed a paper cheque to now having everything done electronically such as Zelle or "direct" deposit (holdover from pre-Zelle days and I gave the tenant the a/c# and they are depositing at a branch office).If you run into an eviction, that's where I'd have my attorney take care of it for me.I don't know how it works in your market, but renters pay the Realtor commission.
