I want to get my real estate license but after some research I understand things aren't easy as it seems. I live in Florida, I mean I know that after getting my license I need to be under a broker I also know that there is the course i need to take and the state exam fees.

But what about those real estate membership fees? Are they mandatory? I only have money for the course and for the state exam.

Your broker will cover everything necessary. I would start calling now to interview them and see what the obligations will be in terms of monthly and annual fees/requirements/mls/association payments etc
