I like texas (robust economy, CA & northeast transplants fleeing high taxes, no state tax, pro landlord)..however i hear dallas, austin, san antonio, and other parts are not cheap per se anymore (same with florida).

I just don't see the kind of target demographic that uses AirBnB/even knows what that is or being interested in tiny homes being in New Bern, hurricane transplant or otherwise.

I would think he would try to get him out of his hair by actually trying to sell the houses to me if anything.
