In my opinion, the best "rectangle" for investment is formed by Perring Parkway in the west, 695 in the north, 95 in the east, and Moravia Rd in the south.

Corners are Expensive, the cheapest is a square or rectangle, every outside or inside corner on the exterior complicates foundation, roof systems adds cost to siding, sofit and fascia, gutters, as well as interior, like drywall, trim, ect. 

The location before this, I was still learning thedifference between triangles and rectangles when I bought theproperty (all 3 acres aren't the same).

The units would be simple rectangles with a bathroom in the corner, a 14' garage door and a man door, all on a slab!

The property is a beautifully proportioned rectangle with a broad sided road frontage with power ready to go.

South side born and raised and I really like the area (ie the 6 county cluster south of Marion - Franklin, Columbus, Shelbyville, Mooresville, Bloomington sort of rectangle).
