Just off the top of my head I can think of like 7 others from Manchester down to the Cape, so lots of opportunity to learn and meet people.Also since she opened the door I happen to be the speaker at the next New England REIA meeting on Wed 7/2 and will be talking about the place I flipped by the sewer plant.  

Mountain cabins seems to be a popular rental in New England.

Some of them we owner occupied and improved while we went, to include 2 homes in England, where we were stationed for 16 years. 

I moved from Billerica, MA 4 years ago to CO, and I've worked out a job transfer so my family can return to New England in about 1-2 months (waiting on a start date).

thanks @Jeremy England As far as comps go, I'm feeling apprehensive to pull the trigger on BRRRR deals just because of wanting to FOR SURE know what the ARV will be for properties.

Most of my investing is going to be started here in FL. and once that starts rolling, MI and also the New England area is where I am interested in to expand.
