A licensee would NEVER get away with this garbage..and they should not.

All from one months tenancy, oh and they did not pay utilities or even transfer service in their names.I have all of the emails and texts, as well as pictures of the pool, garbage, a letter from the utility stating that they never opened utilities at the address, etc.

I wasn't doing mortgages back then when all this toxic lending was going on, but this makes it 100% clear to me that immigrants were targeted with these garbage loan programs.

As for my expense data, $2376 breaks down as follows:$300 - Water/Sewer (~$40/mo/unit)$140 - Garbage ($20/m/u)$70 - Insurance$497 - Prop.

I do not condone the garbage that scammer unlicensed brokers choose to promote.  

Snow / lawn, garbage service.

But quite frankly, I am sick and tired of the snake oil salesman and garbage this industry attracts.For starters, wholesaling a property can work to the benefit of all parties involved.  

I've seen a ton of garbage lately in the northwest, west, and southwest sides around $180k.

But what about things like insurance, garbage, water/sewer, turnover like painting, cleaning, etc?

They also do the same with garbage disposal.
