The scoring modules used by the credit bureaus were not designed to benefit the consumer, they were designed to benefit the banks and credit bureaus.

True the disclaimers on most of these sites do state they use their own scoring modules however these 2 sites are pretty accurate and excellent reports.

So I designed my own home idea using MS Paint, priced the material and estimated labor and find this is a good I dea if I can manage building a plumb and level wall.Recently the idea was to spend most of my money on land in Colorado and place a RV/trailer along with a few solar panels to charge the batteries, but this wouldn't really do anything unless I was willing to place a well and septic system.You can say I'm in a situation here, and I have no idea of how to handle it.

I don't know phpBB internals very well, but most likely you would have to custom code (or find an existing module) to add this functionality.

I was wondering what your thoughts were on their product, not as much from an investment standpoint but more of a discussion on the concept.They have developed a system with a permanent foundation and interchangeable modules build to your desired application.
