They're probably quite a bit different and hard for me to visualize our geography is probably  quite a bit different. 

If you're quick at learning a new tool, tired of Excel, need to collaborate with others and/or are a visual learner, I definitely recommend it!

Now I prefer to look at homes empty, but as a designer (computer, but designer nonetheless), I can visualize things better than some I suppose. 

We are in escrow and we paid our mortgage lender for an appraisal but the appraisal had no analysis, only photos, this doesn’t offer any information, only a subjective visual report, correct?

This is my house and someone who is in charge of "watching" it, for pay, did not even visually inspect the house.
