I not sure about furnishing and what price i should set each room at. not to mention I'm happy i bought my home in union, NJ because its a heavy commuter area for people that travel back and forth from New York for work. which is a good thing because I don't have a shortage of clientele but at the same time i get caught in the cycle of what customer base do i want to mainly market too.

Honestly it depends on where you shop and what quality you want, but for basic solid wood bedroom pieces (headboard, dresser, and two nightstands) you’re usually looking somewhere in the ballpark of $1,500–$3,000 if you stick to mid‑range brands that aren’t super high‑end but are good quality, sometimes a little less if you find deals at local stores or floor models, and a bit more if you go for higher grade wood or custom stuff.
