KC is a great market for RE investing and there is a ton of growth between Lawrence and KC - the Tesla battery plant is a huge growth driver.

I honestly fell behind during Covid and was wondering if insurance would possibly deny a claim if a fire were to start and there was no record of any recent inspections.I do check batteries and extinguishers but obviously I cannot certify the fire panels.Thanks,Byron

If you think you’re just getting a traditional course with six modules you are PAINFULLY mistaken.There are hundreds of hours of live zooms every single day within the community that cover just about every single area of real estate/business that you could possibly want to know anything about.

Do check ins every 6 months-check the furnace filter and batteries in the smoke detectors/CO detectors to make sure they are working. 

Battery tech is changing the game but it's insanely expensive. 

Batteries are at 98% so that isn't the issue.For those that have other smart locks, have you seen anything like that?

We need more energy for data centers (already an issue) and we need much more capable batteries for robots.If a robot is flipping burgers you can just keep it stationary and plugged in, but if you want a robot to move around on a construction site and build a home you need freedom from the cord and a lot of power to lift heavy objects.

This would be a piece of cake if these 3rd party software vendors could provide a transaction dump into Excel or QBO but they like to pretend like they have a good bookkeeping module.

Iv tried the 100% wireless and have found that based on battery life and cloud based service the technology is not quite there yet.

I have good luck with them and they have low battery warnings but things can still happen.
