Most people who wonder if they need an LLC will concluded that tehy don't haver they have studied the issue.

They aren’t advertised - the investor must WORK the deal to create them, and will need to endure many rejections before he’s able to successfully conclude a deal.

Ultimately, most corporations conclude they need to be primarily focused on the bottom line to survive.Imagine if someone told you that, instead of focusing on your own interests you should focus on the betterment of other people.  

Remember that word risk its a big deal.To conclude you said a 30-40 year time frame.

People are trying to figure out if real estate investing is for them and not everyone will conclude it is.

But in order to appease you, an update is below:I took the time to read back through some of these posts and will continue to do so when this reply is concluded.

You can't conclude that Nike's shoes are worthless because no one engages with Nike's ads when they are displayed in front of people without any legs.

I concluded this by noticing everything in China is cheaper than the U.S. if a investor who is interested in helping me turn my dream into reality and millions let me know. 

I hesitate to conclude that it is grift as opposed to one type of business model that is usually lucrative to the mentor and sometimes successful for the "students" or "community".

After speaking with my lawyer and telling her of my goals (short and longterm) we concluded that a single member LLC will do the trick for now.
