Lenders typically like to see three years of P&L performance (tax returns or accountant prepared compilations).

We have compiled a list with quite a few of them, and found some good ones.I think BP should establish a review section for contractors, so that RE investors can find good ones, and compare how much it cost for each trade in each location.That might be another revenue stream for the BP founders.

As for finding market estimates, most people troll through VRBO and AirBnB data and compile a spreadsheet.

There is a reason we have credit scores and they are compiled from data points just like anything else.

To be really honest, if I had done more homework on the subject I could have easily saved the $200 and compiled a how-to on virtual wholesaling myself. 

Many do audits, compliance, compilations, controllers, are CFO's, are CEO's, or do all other aspects of business.

Your local real estate association probably compiles a lot of this data on at least a monthly basis.
