hey bpers, just curious on your expectations as compared.

Mysmartmove recommends accept without conditions for $800 a month.

Lets assume the rest checks out, job, previous landlord etc.

Is this acceptable?

For an $800/month rental credit score isn't always a great indicator. Some of my best lower income tenants have terrible credit scores but always pay their rent above all else. I don't care if they defaulted on an expensive medical bill as long as they kept paying their rent every month. If they have a clean criminal history, a great rental history and stable employment then they hit all the key points for me to be able to approve them.
