There are a lot of cleaners on Turno and they  charge a few bucks on top of the cleaning fee but they have a good system for communications, ratings of cleaners, payments etc.

Hey @Scott Green,From a tax perspective, keeping your mortgage might still work in your favor since the interest is deductible against your rental income, lowering your taxable income.

I forgot to mention another sales tactic is to tell people at the three day class you can charge your investors the 40k tuition.

I did nothing but lose a bunch of time and money on the land investing and have done far better with rentals. :-)
