Possible reasons just occurred to me why Freedom Mentor refused my proposal to send them a check by mail:  1) to avoid giving me a physical address of the operation2) to avoid violating federal mail fraud lawsWhy else would a legitimate business refuse to accept payment by check through the mail?

Your loan holder has a problem too...if you default they have costs to foreclose, obtain physical possession and resell.

I think the real estate game is way more beneficial to one's mental and physical wellbeing than playing the stock market where you only sitting inside a house and looking at numbers.So yes, everything you said plus what I said, that's why even I know the stock market can potential yield similar or even better return, I keep real estate my main and stock market as a fun hobby.
