I am covering utilities for the 1st floor and garden unit (for a 3-unit MFH rental)Any recommendations for a programmable thermostat where I can lock appropriate temperature ranges?

Particularly in winter  All I know is we have never had a complaint about temperature.240VAC powered tubs heat up pretty quick.

I have a foreclosure property under contract however I am afraid that there may be water damage due to freezing temperatures.

We can remotely control the temperature, but if someone (a guest) manually changes the thermostat, it overrides our remote settings, which is what we want.   

I am 18 years old working 2nd shift welding products for the Navy.

Our plan is to request the 3rd draw next week once the 2nd floor front unit has been completed.The last draw includes the fire alarm system (which is already done), the staircase coming off of the 2nd floor rear unit (which will be done next week) and exterior painting which we can start once some of this snow melts and the temperatures rise a little bit.

The CHA didn't require you to provide a brand new fridge - it just has to have proper space for the unit (like no dorm fridges), and hold the proper temperature (like any tenant would demand).

The weather is not as pretty as Coastal CA as in the winter there is Tule fog and summers are high temperature.

It also is based on how well the RV is insulated and what temperature the residents keep the RV at.
