I also found my fence collapsing into the neighbors yard, a burnt couch and they decided to use my property as a trash pit between the last time I seen the property and when I moved in.

Recently I bought in Brookhaven Township, literally the day after closing, a town crew showed up and a started cleaning - the collapsed pool, assorted crap - into a dumpster and GONE.

Not that it will collapse, but wages and incomes won't allow it to go much higher.We saw this in the mid-nineties.

For example, how can you guarantee 12% if:- the economy collapses (or there's another 2008)- there are delays in getting permits- there are delays in construction (because there always are delays)- there is a change in market demand

But upon further reading, It looks like if you can prove there is a major safety issue (like a bathroom collapsing from rotten beams or the fact that the house had two fires in 2003-according to the next door neighbor) I might be able to get the ernest money.Numbers on the house.
