I can definitely see someone out there compiling a list or database (MLS) with all of these numbers and I can pull a running trend for all of that data, insights and what things seems to affect sells and rises in markets.

And as in your case, PM does not always mean one person - it can be a compilation of team members assisting you to achieve the desired end result - excellent tenants who pay on time, take good care of the rental, stay a while, and aren't a major PITA :)

You can pull yourself by reviewing publications for death notices and legal notices of pending estate and then researching if decedent owns real estate in your market, Or, go down to the courthouse and pull case files to find real estate.Lastly, if you calue your time more, pay a researcher to pull Giles and compile data to your specifications.
