For years I mined and compiled data from the Internet for major Foundations, Non-profit and Corporate clients.Two years ago I started providing free research information for friends who bought properties at Tax Deed and Foreclosure Auctions in Marion, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

But since it is my idea, I would be happy to begin compiling inputs and ideas from the masses and put forth the effort to see where we could take this...

So I recently decide to use some addresses that I've compiled from driving for dollars to use a VA to skip trace these addresses instead of just sending out mailers.

There is a company that compiles that info, Red X is one outlet for that info, but you can buy lists or varying quality to get that info.

@Frank LaQuagliaIf your goal is to spend the least amount of capital, then compiling your own list from D4D, going to your assessor's office, and other means of doing the work, and printing your own mailings in house will cost the least.If your goal is to scale up and do decent amounts of mailings to have a solid pipeline to enable consistent deal flow over time, eventually you're going to want to outsource the your print/pack/ship of DM.
