I think a more realistic number is $10-15k on higher priced homes If you’re trying to drive cash flow, may I recommend rent by the room, STR, or MTR or a combination thereof if it works In your area?

So far, it seems like the demographics of my prior guests over the last 2 months have been families visiting the Kennedy Space Center, as my 2 br condo unit is 15-20 minutes away from the same (I'm not sure if that's just a function of those bookings being during the holiday season), but those have generally been short term stays between 2-7 days.

If I have criteria of income must be 3x rent and the following applicants apply: A) applicants and 2 other roomates combined income is 3x/ rentB) applicant and their partner meet and exceed 3x rent. can I say I prioritize applicant B because less occupants, income is higher?
