Would anyone be able to help me compile average days on market data for zip codes in Colorado Springs Colorado?

I am wanting to compile a list of additional expenses a seller would have to pay if they decided to list their property on the market instead of selling it directly to me.

You can find a lot of this stuff in public records or you can buy lists from data companies that compile courthouse lists.I also think marketing for property can't be stressed enough.

What are some methods of compiling your list of expired listings, paid or non-paid and your take and recommendations on these?

The agency where she worked compiled a list of licensed contractors the realtors there had found to be reliable.

I will have a separate number for the postcards so I can better track the results.On the weekends I am also driving for dollars , taking addresses and compiling my list.For the driving for dollars each time I get 10 leads I am planning on sending out Letters.If anyone has advice for me feel free to chime in.Thanks
