Anyone else applying for an SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan?

Feels like the economical damage that's been done is irreversible.

I will dispute the bus tour cost and possibly Seed Capital because it has proved so injurious to my credit score.  

They either won't do it at all or won't do it well-- or worse, will "try" to do it, get/fake an injury, and sue.

Pokraka:“The elements of fraud which a plaintiff must prove are: (1) a material misrepresentation of past or existing fact which (2) was untrue, (3) was made with knowledge of or in reckless ignorance of its falsity, (4) was made with the intent to deceive, (5) was rightfully relied upon by the complaining party, and (6) which proximately caused the injury or damage complained of.

With this different product, again not complaining, fees are different totally also not a real estate loan w/o collateral. 1 point origination 1.5 point insurance bond (protect against personal injury/loss of life)9 point non collateral document. my loan is I/O over 100 months.

Also, to add insult to injury, I think Koreatown is rent controlled.Can’t beat the weather though!!

I have done a lot of things like a few personal injury, wrongful death, med mal, and lots of litigation. 

Please keep in mind it is not the frequency of incidents of biting that matters; it's the injuries sustained from those bites that do.  

My plan was to buy my first property in March, but due to COVID and a serious back injury I am running rather late on my deadline.
