Assignment Contract – the document used to transfer my rights to an investor.Thank you for your insight @Drew SygitFirst, the best advice is to either use a contract promulgated by your state real estate commission (with fill in the blanks) IF one exists, or have an attorney experienced in real estate transactions draw up a boilerplate that’s specific to addressing (1) what you’re trying to accomplish (2) the way you’re trying to accomplish it and most important (3) compliant with state and Federal laws, rules, regulations and court decisions.
