We do have an easement through BLM land to reach our property, and then a private easement that leads directly to our parcel — so legal access is there — but practical, easy access to the top?

Do you have to wait a 6 month seasoning period to be able to access your equityWe’ve done DSCR loans for our rental homes before, but I am unsure how the construction loan process works.

That is where the opportunity for folks in this forum comes in (as in the private lenders in here).

I'm not opposed to an online service as I'm traveling more and that would be easier to access, but I've heard horror stories (plus super expensive) to go with QB online. 

Does it matter which two metrics in your analysis have to meet your criteria before you proceed with more in depth underwriting?
